REFUND POLICY

You are entitled to return goods you have purchased from us for any reason at any time within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you and all goods shall be in 100% condition and working order.

Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a refund minus the cost of outgoing delivery charges and collection charges if they apply. If the delivery was free or included in the price, the delivery and collection cost will be approximately 10-15 percent of the total cost of the order, the amount will be advised to you.

In order to receive a refund the product must be in as-new condition, with either original packaging and with all manuals and accessories as when supplied to you.

Please allow up to 28 days for refunds to be processed and credited to your account.

 

RETURNS POLICY 

Prior to any goods being replaced or returned you must first notify us of the reason as to why it is being returned or needing Duplicate. We are happy to facilitate any issue that might arise from a faulty product. We do not cover the shipping cost to have the goods returned. In an event where the goods are no longer required or the customer decides that they want to cancel an order altering processing will result in a restocking charge of 20%. We can only agree to take back a returned product if it meets our quality control standards and is in perfect working order. In an event that the goods have being damaged or miss treated they cannot be accepted.
